Truchell is a Pueblo Native American artist from Santo Domingo Pueblo (Kewa) in New Mexico. Her multidisciplinary practice blurs the boundaries between photography, sculpture, and sensory experience. She creates interactive works that invite viewers to engage beyond sight. Her work explores themes of family, tradition, culture, and experimentation. She redefines what photography can be, ,transforming it into something that moves, breathes, and invites participation.
